While urban areas have good housing structures, the rural areas predominantly consist of grass-thatched houses. These houses are made of weak materials like unburnt bricks, untreated wood and dry grass. The houses don't live more than five years.

The huts are basically single room designed which prompts extravagant use of space. Big families must have a hat for every single individual adult or couple. On top of that, the dominant use of grass has destroyed the environmental outlook leaving it bare.

Q: Who can attend the training?

Q: What is the typical flow of the day?

A: Breakfast, catch up from the previous day, plan out today and head to site. Lunch & rest 1 to 1.5 hours and work till 16:30-17:30. We will have 2 laborers assisting with all heavy labor, such as mixing Hyper Adobe as well as other tedious tasks. At the end of the day, chill out / walk till dinner and all free time afterward for enjoyment.

Q: What about resting days?

A: The 3-week Training Workshop will have 3-4 resting days and will take a trip to enjoy a local cultural experience. This will be confirmed closer to time. Cultural outings are not included in the price, but we will organize a shuttle and split the cost.The cost will be shared shortly.
