Tahira Amir Sultan Khan
Tahira is a Singaporean-Afghani author, spiritual teacher, and visionary leader with over 20 years of experience as an eGovernment technologist and former President of the Mobile Alliance Singapore.
In 2013, a profound life-altering experience marked a pivotal turning point in her personal and professional journey. This moment initiated a deep inner transformation that reshaped her work, purpose, and leadership, leading her to bridge advanced technological thinking with consciousness-based and spiritual inquiry.
Tahira has spoken on international stages across 4 continents, alongside respected speakers, scientists, explorers, and thought leaders, including Billy Carson, Jim Cathcart, Dr. Filippo Biondi, Armando Mei, Captain Leo Walton, Doug Benjamin, Dave Rogers, and others.
Global Executive Committee
The Founder, Tahira Amir Sultan Khan, has selected some of the finest hearts and minds in the world as part of the core leadership for the strategy and top level management of Through The Golden Door and its entire ecosystem. As Co-Inventors and Master Craftspersons, as the Visionary Leader, Tahira works closely with Dr Arini Verwer, Aruneshwar Gupta and Leif Busk to ensure that the Pure Eternal Blueprint of the TTGD EcoSocieties is maintained.
Dr Arini Verwer
Dr Arini Verwer is the Chair for Early Childhood Education for Through The Golden Door. She is an educational and international management consultant with a PhD in Moral and Character Education. She created a 20-year study regarding the "Social Brain" and is the Inventor of The Arini Method. She developed tools to help individuals, couples, and families improve relationships and communication, sometimes referred to as "the colours" of the Social Brain. She is based in France.
Aruneshwar Gupta
Aruneshwar Gupta is the Chair, Legal for Through The Golden Door. He is a highly esteemed legal professional with an illustrious career spanning over 47 years. Since 1976, he has been actively practising law, making a notable impact in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and numerous High Courts across the country. He is the Inventor of The PICS System which will be fully integrated into the entire TTGD EcoSystem. He is based in New Dehli, India.
Leif Busk
Lief Busk is the Chair, Sustainable Agriculture for Through The Golden Door. he is a Danish agri-engineer and soil food web consultant with roots in farming and plant breeding. Since 1985 he has developed integrated, regenerative agriculture worldwide, beginning in Botswana. He combines permaculture, biological soil analysis, and on-farm compost systems to restore soil, plant, and animal cycles globally and practically. He is based in Denmark.
Golden Door Awards Judging Committee
The Golden Door Awards is a sub-initiative of the Through The Golden Door where the writers, bloggers, song-writers of the EcoSocieties are invited to write based on the values of truth & integrity. A Golden Door Awards (GDA) is a biennial event is organised to recognise these courageous Truth-writers who are also Truth-creators as they create positive social impact through the Message that they carry. GDA joins forces with the PICS List, a perfect complement to the Golden Door Awards. Together, they create a comprehensive recognition system that honours both action and expression – volunteers are celebrated for their service contributions (PICS List) and for their authentic, truthful written communication (GDA).
Joanne Flinn
Joanne is the Chief Judge of the Golden Door Awards, having successfully overseen three award ceremonies from inception in 2020, with the fourth set to take place in late 2026. Additionally, she holds the position of Chair at the ESG Institut. Joanne is a widely recognized author of several bestselling titles, as well as a dynamic speaker and strategist focusing on the integration of sustainability within organizations and providing guidance on green governance to boards.
Rob Salisbury
Rob is the Senior Judge of the Golden Door Awards, He has been on this senior post since the inception of the awards, with his special focus on overseeing the Golden Door Essays Category. Predominately engaged as a large scale conference speaker, sales trainer, event MC and presentation evaluator, Rob has been involved with over 600 clients and over 2100 organisational events to bolster employee results and company objectives.
Jeremy Monteiro
Jeremy will serve as the Senior Judge of the Golden Door Awards for the first time from 2026 as the new Golden Door Song Category is formed. is a world-renowned Singaporean jazz pianist, composer, vocalist, and educator, nicknamed "Singapore's King of Swing," celebrated for his global performances, numerous jazz albums, and significant contributions to Asian jazz, holding fellowships from institutions like the London College of Music and receiving Singapore's prestigious Cultural Medallion.
Golden Door Forum Leadership
The Golden Door Forum is a sub-initiative of the Through The Golden Door where the EcoSocieties are guided on the principles of generative dialogues and on the values of 'truth and integrity' in the Spoken Word. While mastering these skills, the communities are invited to form and participate in real panels to solve issues on the ground. The vision is to have '1000 Leaders of Truth & Integrity' running these panels regularly across the world.
Roshani Shenazz
Roshani Shenazz, is the Co-Chair of the Golden Door Forum. She. is also the Silver Medalist (Shared) of the Essay Category of Golden Door Awards 2020. A former Media & Films professional, transitioned to becoming an acclaimed Wellbeing and Happiness Coach, Spiritual Soul Doctor, and Accredited Holistic Therapist & Training Provider after 23 years in the media industry. She is based in Mumbai, India.
Nicolette DeVidar
Nicolette is the Co-Chair of the Golden Door Forum. A media innovator, civic catalyst and spiritual changemaker, pioneering a new era of heart-based, generative dialogue at the intersection of nature, technology, democracy and human potential. She is based in Washington DC , USA,
